Give it Pokerus, change the ball it was caught in, and change the region of origin for a Pokemon between US/UK/JP.

All I can do is use an Ability Capsule. Giving a Pokemon an ability it can't naturally get or giving it the Hidden Ability is beyond Powersaves.
