UPDATE 3/2/2015 8:17PM EST: DO NOT UPDATE PAST 9.5.0-22U AS IT PATCHES THIS METHOD, YOU CAN PLAY EVERY GAME ONLINE WITHOUT THE NEED OF A SYSTEM UPDATE UNLESS IF A PATCH FOR THE SPECIFIC GAME GETS RELEASED.

I went to loadcode.projectpokemon.org, but my 3DS said failed to load part of the page, didn't glitch or crash

This thread is over a year old and OP hasnt been online for over a year either, so this method may be lost in time due to firmware updates. Best of luck!!!
