Does anyone have a build for klefki build with bold nature and uses light screen and reflect

For singles, a 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpDef should be sufficient. If you're playing doubles, Smogon seems to have a decent build: 252 HP/64 Def/192 SpDef. It says that the EV spread allows it to survive a Heat Wave from Charizard-Y.

Klefki isn't really viable in this years VGC but if you must, then use Daniel's build
