Would 252 satk and spe be good for singles plus wat moves would be good to have on it

Honestly unless you are using a trick room variant which has a bit more bulk, most standard Chandelure tend to run 252 SpA and 252 Spe. Here's a sample set from the Smogon Dex
Chandelure @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature
- Fire Blast / Flamethrower
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball
- Trick
