Not much to say about this. Just a basic set I had to make out of nowhere. Has won me matches.

Nice RayOgre team!

I would use Max speed Timid Kyogre though, since Tailwind is in play and carry Water Spout over Thunder and maybe even Scald over Origin Pulse to have a more accurate STAB.

Not so sure if scarf Rayquaza is the best choice. Honestly, LO just gives better damage output and Rayquaza already outspeeds the entire metagame outside of Mega Salamance and Mega Gengar who you already have checks for. I would go as far as running Overheat on M-Rayquaza to deal with threats such as Ferrothorn and Mawile who your team has problems with

Not sure if it's safe to run Kang without coverage against Steel types either. Dialga and Ferrothorn gives this team some serious problems due to lack of coverage against them

Not sure what that Crobat spread does or what that Ferrothorn spread does either but the movesets seem standard

Icy Wind over Energy Ball on Gengar would really help you more

Decent team in general but has a bit of flaws
