[REQUEST] Can anyone Clone a LEGIT Volcanion??

I'm looking everywhere and i can only find hacked ones...
I can give a celebi or hoopa in return (Both legit)

Cloning isn't hacking?

Legit to me means that it isn't hacked in and Cloning isn't spawning it in just making one pokemon two.
So no Cloning isn't hacking to me.

Cloning is absolutely hacking.  Exploiting the game, cheating.....

In that way its cheating yes, but as i said i just want a Pokémon to have a Legit origin, cloned or not
