Any EU Friends out there? LF Legit Hoopa from Current EU Event

Hey all, I am looking for a friend in EU to trade me a legit Hoopa from the current Hoopa event that is going on. Apparently if you enter the code HOOPA2016 on the mystery gift screen, you will get a Hoopa. I am unsure if this event is for EU only or if it is available in the U.S., but i would really appreciate someone trading a legit, non-cloned Hoopa to me for my living dex. I have some shinies and legendaries i can trade.
