BTW the Ambipom is BR and has Technican (I think it is his HA) and has 6 perfect IVs. Is it enough for the Lugia on its own?

I was really hoping to get two shiny pokemon for my shiny lugia. If Ambipom is of too much value, maybe you can offer another shiny i may not have?
