Can you change my Serperior's IVs to: 31/1/30/31/30/30 so it can have HP rock? My IGN is Charles and my FC is on the left. Thanks in advance!

It doesn't have to be my OT/ID so if you have a Totodile just powersave that, but I have a male ready if you don't have a Totodile for some reason. Gonna use it for breeding. |
