Update- Just letting you know finally able to get female DBHA with 4 EMs (Curse, Store Power, Wish, Yawn).

Got 2 actually. So which one you want me to hold it for  you?
Eevee - Rash Nature, 5IV (Missing Attack)
Eevee - Lonely Nature, 4IV (Missing Attack and Sp. Attack) Also attack is 0.
