[VGC] Competitive Sample Movesets

It has the calcs to go along with them so you can see what they had in mind when they were making them. Enjoy!

Yeah trainer tower is filled with experience VGC players from NB so they have first hand experience with not only VGC 17. If anyone just needs some Quick EV spreads, then I highly suggest going there.
