[S/M] How to randomize S/M

Hey guys! I've been watching a lot randomized nuzlockes lately and I'm a bit curious how to randomize S/M. Can anyone tell me? Thanks in advance!

I think you need cfw on your 3d. There's videos on youtube that go into further detail, but I think you export the sav, randomize it with a program, then enable some functions on b9s/Luma and then start the game
