I have Competitive pokemon need help on using them

I have these pokemon and don't know what team to use or if I shound been more. Most of the ivs are 5 and I don't remember all ev's. Please help these are for doubles

Kangaskhan(Rock Slide, Crunch, Power up Punch, Ice punch)
Nature: adamant
Item: it's mega
Ability: Scrappy(but changes when megas)

Rotom(Wash)
Moves: Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Will O Wisp
nature: Modest
Item: Sitrus berry

Sylveon
Moves: Hyper voice, Shadow Ball, Psyshock , Protect
Nature: Modest
Item: choice Specs

Togekiss
Moves: Air Slash, Thunderwave, Roost, Dazzling Gleam
Nature: Modest
Ability: Serence Grace
Item: Lum Berry

Gengar
Moves: Sludge Bomb, Will O Wisp, Protect, Taunt
nature: timid
Ability: Levitate
Item: focus sash

Talonflame
Moves: flare Blitz, Brave Bird, Roost, Tail wind
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Gale Wings
Item: Shuca Berry

Bisharp
Moves: Sucker Punch, Swords Dance, Iron head, Knock Off
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Defiant

Moves: Belly drum, Play Rough, Superpower, Aqua Jet
Nature: adamant
Ability: Huge Power
Item: Sitrus Berry

Mawile
Moves: Iron Head, Play rough, Protect, Sucker punch
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Intimidate

It's not so hard to create a team using these pokemons.

M-Kang
Gengar
Rotom-W
Sylveon
Amoonguss
Bisharp

This is a good core mostly because they cover each other weaknesses and they can check a lot of things. The real problem is most teams in Battle Spot are built to counter this team, because it's so common.. so you may decide to use a strategy and build a particular team (such as a Rain team, a Sun team, a Trickroom team or a mixed one). Howewer i'm not saying that team is not usable.. if you have good prediction abilities you can run this team without many problems (but you should change some moves according to your team resistances and overall coverage)
