Does anyone have a spare one? I want to change my Conkeldurr's ability from Iron fist to guts.

You can't change the ability from the hidden ability to the normal or vice versa. Ability capsule only works if the Pokemon has more than 1 normal ability

Yes I realized that too. Just gotta pray that the burns land on Facade Khan and not on Conk.
