Singles since im not sure what VGC is xD

VGC is the official rules used in all official pokemon tourneys and justins tourneys on stream.
Its a doubles format with a few bans mostly on cover legendaries or exclusive event pokemon.

Singles i can't really help with not really played competitive singles at all.

Ah okay, no just singles then. Im not very good at doubles. Im going to practice in the Battle Maison to get items then do the Battle Spot thingy. I was just wondering if my team would be good enough. Thank you for your help tho xD
