Bulba Fett  - Bulbasaur
Oatmeal - Bellossom (as a kid I always thought it's cry in G/S/C said oatmeal xD)
Dig Doug - Excadrill
Man-tini  - Male Dratini
Gelato - Quagsire
Spruce - male Treecko line (after the type of tree, also sounds like Bruce)
Amphy - Ampharos (personally called it this since I was a child, then it happened to be Jasmine's nickname for hers too)
Shuckie - Shuckle  (remember the one you received in G/S/C in Cianwood? Yeah, this was the nickname of that one you were taking care of)
Salsa - Ludicolo
Lady Venus - Vespiquen (in refrence to a character in pokemon colosseum)

Fangz - Crobat (came from an inside joke with a friend during a nuzlocke, he kept naming Zubats that ever since)
Wiggles - Any first stage worm pokemon I get depending on the game, though it started with a Wurmple
Bertha - female Hariyama I had in a nuzlocke
Toadstool - female Shroomish/Breloom (after Princess Peach, otherwise known as Princess Toadstool)
Shelldon - Shellos/Gastrodon
Mascary - female Misdreavus/Mismagius
Shammy - Sableye
Sandy - female Sandshrew
Sandrew - male Sandshrew (kinda like the name Andrew)
Vesuvius - male Typhlosion (after the volcano that erupted that covered Pompeii... volcano pokemon.... I'm a terrible person)
Cindy/Cyndy - female Cyndaquil

Gallade - David (from the Bible) MegaGallade also looks like a royal pokemon
Aegislash - Ishbaal (from the Bible) one of David's "Three"
Charizard - Sabo (from one piece) if you follow the latest chapters you'll get it
Infernape - MonkeyDLuffy (one piece again) both monkey king
Milotic - Boa Hancock (one piece again) most beautiful pokemon and kinda looks like a snake
Blaziken - Sanji (one piece) Diable Jumble!!!
Sceptile - Zoro (one piece) Scizor is more suitable but i want him to be one of the starters
Shiftry - Sogeking (onepiece usopp)
Pikachu - Sparklesqueak (literal translation of Pikachu)

I always nickname female Cyndaquil 'Cynderella'. I'm also a fan of 'Toothless' for basically any Dragon-type.
