Manaphy on GTS

Can you trade Manaphy over the GTS? I received one on wonder trade and was very surprised because I thought it was locked from being traded on there. Thanks in advance.

idk , but i was able to get cheated Manaphy via Pokebank , and i thought thats Locked there aswell so... ^^

I got mine from gts.Same applies for wonder trade i guess.
According to the serebii's eventdex, Manaphy should be tradable via gts and wondertrade. If it's caught in pokeball and the meet location is Sinnoh or Johto there are several chances that yours should be legal, or at least legit.
