Remember this is a competitive tournament that requires a lot of commitment.
Make sure you got a good few hours of free time during every single week of the season to allow time to create the team, "breed" it, and be able to schedule a time where both can battle. And if something serious comes up, let someone know immediately please.
Also as a tip, review the tiers and pre-plan your picks for the first draft. If you know what you want beforehand and have backups then you can go much farther in the league, along with good plays and team building of course.
