You can ask people if they have extra Hoopas, but unfortunately that is the only way. It was given out at McDonalds during the summer I believe as a promotion for something I honestly can't remember xD but Ik McDonalds was given it out. You had to download it on their wifi, so. You can't now sadly, but I am sure there are people on here who would be willing to give you one. I don't have one, but if I did I would honestly have given it to you.
