Hi @Nicdok I should have enough BP to teach stealth rock to Phanpy, you just have to tell me which ability, nature (between impish, adamant or careful) you prefer and which IVs 
I already have a HA Dratini so in exchange for Phanpy (if you want a Donphan it's better if you tell me also EVs), if you have it, I'd like a HA starter that I haven't yet (there is a list in this thread http://pokemonforever.com/Thread-TRADE-T...HA-pokemon). Otherwise just tell me 2-3 HA (breedable... I don't ask a shiny or legendary one) pokemon you have and I choose one.
