Hey All,
I'm trying to breed a Follow Me Togekiss for VGC/Doubles,
But I can't seem to find a decent togepi or togetic aywhere else.
I know you can get one from the old lady at Lavaridge Town, but i'm specifically looking for one in a special ball.
