[TUTORIAL] Chain Fishing for Shiny Pokémon

@FatedHope Streamers keep that going for no. of encounters, finding a shiny does break the chain, it's just easier to not reset. I do it when hunting rarer pooes like Dratini or Crawdaunt.
Or we could all be wrong and shiny pokemon pop up whenever they feel like without the need of a chain.
