all are good resources. showdown team builder to build your teams, and you can use the damage calculator to EV train pokemon accordingly. The team magma team builder can be used to see if you have any big weaknesses in your team
Completely forgot to add Showdown links too, Showdown is a GREAT resource for testing out teams before you breed/train them in XY/ORAS. I love it.
