(VGC 2017) Tapu Fini Moveset ( Calm Mind / Utility / Special Attacker )

I definitely think it's worth updating this with the Specs set that everybody and their mother is running when they aren't running CM.
Tapu Fini @ Choice Specs
Ability: Misty Surge
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 100 Def / 84 SpA / 44 SpD / 28 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
- Muddy Water
- Dazzling Gleam
- Moonblast
- Hydro Pump
That's the standard set, but there are plenty of alternative spreads that could easily work.
