Gender of deposited:
IGN: (AKA Your Trainers name

just copy the format
you can ignore 'form' if the pokemon doesnt have different form like lycanroc & oricorio

But I've been always request like that because in my phone is pretty hard to copy ans paste :c and I'm sorry too...
