Yeah some Pokemon lately do carry non-STAB Z-Moves to lure out and faint Celesteela. Obviously things like Z-Flare Blitz from Arcanine, or Z-Thunderbolt from Tapu Koko can OHKO most Celesteela variants and are proper checks as well. By the way for those who hate Celesteela (cough @ChaseInfinity cough), here's a list of Pokemon that that OHKO them courtesy of Pinky of Trainer Tower. Will leave the link here.
