Z-Celebrate Glaceon in PU could be interesting IMO. 65/110/95 defences with +1 in both with some HP investment offers some decent bulk. +1 base 130 SpA is pretty good by PU standards aswell, aswell as some priority in +1 STAB Ice Shard to pick off opponents. I don't play PU so don't know if it is better than the Choice Specs set or not, just thought it was interesting.
