To fix the problem of Solgaleo's ball, simply change it to a regular Pokéball. That should do the trick. As for the actual time and date, just tell me your time zone and I'll try to reply as soon as possible. Mine's CET so I hope that it won't cause any problems for you. (Also, it's about 2 AM here so it might take some time before I reply, I'm going to bed right now.)
