Tips for gen 7? Oi, so many. But I suppose the penny of wisdom I'll cast into this fountain is that many Alola pokémon are quite slow, sporting Speed stats of 70 or under. So you'd do well to arm yourself with speedy mons like Salazzle, Comfey, Jolteon, Crobat, Aerodactyl (from the lady in Seafolk Village), Gengar, Talonflame, and maybe even Ribombee for some of the more difficult battles of the game. Never hurts to move first. Strike hard, strike fast. There are others, but I trust you can find them on your own.
