A bit late but Ichiro Suzuki signs a 1 year, 2 million $ with the Miami Marlins. I'll really miss him he played well on the Yankees. I remember when he got his 3000th career hit back in 2011. May have been 2012 actually. Also SP Yovani Gallardo has been traded to the Rangers from the Brewers. Scherzer actually only has a 7 year deal by the way so ignore that last post but the money is correct.
