Okay, this is better. Now, I understand if you aren't good with EV's. I am in the same boat with you. So, what do I do? Blatantly steal from people who are good with EV's and give them no credit whatsoever. I'm kidding of course, but a quick search through the forums has brought me this beautiful EV spread:
Mawile-Mega @ Mawilite
Ability: Huge Power
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 144 Atk / 52 Def / 60 SpD
Brave Nature
- Play Rough
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Protect
This is a set slightly edited moveset from Black117's Mawile set. The details can be found here: Mawile linky link
The Cresselia looks pretty good. I would honestly go with Psychic over Psyshock. Now, as for Ice Beam, you could keep it, but I would replace it with Moonlight.
For Amoongus, I would not go with 252 EV's in Hp and Defense. I am going tosteal borrow an Amoongus set from Eckley.

Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 180 HP / 92 Def / 236 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Giga Drain
- Rage Powder
- Spore
- Protec

Here we go with Tyranitar. I like Tyranitar, but there is a better Pokemon, and his name is, Rhyperior. Here is my personal favorite Rhyperior set:

Ability: Solid Rock
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 48 Atk / 156 Def / 52 SpD
Brave Nature
IV's 0 Spd
- Hammer Arm
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Ice Punch
And finally for Rotom. I would replace him with a little Pokemon I call Emboar. Emboar hits like a truck with Life Orb, Reckless, and a base 123 attack. I would recommend this set:
Emboar @ Life Orb/ Safety Goggles
Ability: Reckless
Level: 50
EVs: 252 Atk / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Adamant Nature
IV's 0 Spd
- Flare Blitz
- Heavy Slam
- Hammer Arm
- Protect
Heavy Slam will KO a non bulky Sylveon without Heavy Slam. Life Orb does will add tons of damage, but Safety Goggles will make sure that Amoongus and Breloom really can't do to much. Those are just my 2 cents.
