I'm not sure I follow. Are you saying that the "useless moves" are not present in the movepools? Or are you saying that they are present? If you could give me an example or otherwise clarify I'd be happy to respond.
In either case, I did describe this project as a top-to-bottom complete Pokedex, which means that many Pokemon will, of course, learn weaker/non-competitively viable moves throughout their level-up learnpool, just like the real game. In the pursuit of completedness I haven't listed just the "good moves" for each line; rather, their entire learnpool is present.
