Official Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth Item Thread

I just started it now and killed Greed with Isaac.Here are a couple of things that i find;

Car battery

Doubles the effect of activated item.
It doesn't overcharge your spacebar item like "The battery".
I was using D6 and it doesn't do anything with it.

Chaos

Passive item
Combines all item pools into one.
I found ceremonial robes in treasure room for example.

Scatter bombs

We put bombs in your bombs.
+5 bombs.
Your bombs split into smaller bombs after exploding.
Here is a pic where it is combined with explosive diarrhea
