I want to help, some things to add :3

*Arceus: Is Shadow Force instead of Phantom Force.
*Linoone can also get Extremespeed from a japanese/korean gen 6 event.
*Is Arceus Michina, not Michinia.
*Azure Flute wasn't released in gen4, therefore a gen4 Arceus without ribbon won't be legit. Arceus from Origin Hall isn't legit. The lowest level for Arceus is 100, not 80!
*Genesect can learn Blaze Kick only from event (shiny Genesect only).
*Diancie is shiny locked. Shiny Diancie can only be obtained from Pokémon Center - Mega Evolution Promotion (japanese event) and from Pokémon All Star Battle Korean event.
*Wishmaker Jirachi can be shiny (gen 3, transfered from Pokémon Colosseum Bonus Disc). There is a chance of 9/65535.
