You can now add your Pokemon IGNs to your profile for easier trading and what not. It should appear next to your profile picture on the left.

Justin did this for people with three names like me. On the plus side people can now check our in game names without telling them. It's a non-issue (for me at least) since I have alternate games; one for battling and another for storage/trading.
