[ART] Shiny Torracat

Was feeling a little artsy so I drew a few random fire mons and Torracat was the only decent one. Unlike the picture my camera is not descent so it probably looks even worse here than irl, but who cares!

@Black Waterfall Thanks man! I'm not really much of an artist, but I occasionally draw a few things (though most of them are a disgrace to what they're meant to represent). And yeah, I guess it is Vulcan.
