Hi I'm new so I don't know much about this site. Which thread do I go to to get some opinions on my new freshly made pokemon team build?

Well all you have to do is go to the competitive discussion and post your concerns regarding your Pokemon team.

If you want to submit a team then go to the competitive discussions section and make sure and include the prefix [Rate My Team]
