regular landorus or landorus-T?

Looking into building one for competitive play and just wanted to get opinions on what people are running and which form do they prefer?

Landorus was good in VGC when you had access to his hidden ability: Sheer Force. However, I heard you can no longer get Hidden Ability Landorus. Therefore making that form of him rather useless. Your best bet is running Adamant Landorus-T, which has access to Intimidate which is very powerful in VGC. Hope this helped!

I would go with Landorus-T because you can not get one with the Hidden Ability Sheer Force with a blue pentagon. Sheer Force was the best version of Landorus-I

Landorus-T has Intimidate which is very useful in doubles. Sheer Force Landorus-I is great but it is not possible to be used in ORAS/XY because of the pentagon rule
