Welcome all, I was playing around with some teams and thought, "What pokemon is a hidden gem and can work well in this years meta game?" The answer I got couldve been Cloyster, Azelf, Entei, Reuniclus, and other pokemon found outside the meta game and low tiered in Smogon. What I got was an unbelievably good core! With an immunity to Dragons and the ability competitive Wigglytuff makes one heck of a dragon check. So without further ado lets get into the build.
Base stats
HP: 145

Special Attack: 75
Special Defense: 50

Wigglytuff @assault vest

Nature: Modest
Evs: 8 Hp/200 Def/204 SpAtk/16 SpDef/80 Speed

- Thunderbolt/ Hidden Power Ground
Wigglytuff is pretty great, it checks pokemon such as Salamence and Lando T because of the +2 it gets from competitive. With all that bulk it really doesnt die, and has amazing HP. Seeing a Wigglytuff in team preview wont come across as threatening to your opponent.

Pokemon to pair up with Wigglytuff
Pairing up with Kangaskhan almost guarantees winning turn 1. They cant intimidate Kang with giving +2 to Wigglytuff and Mega Kang is always dangerous. This also helps with Kang's weakness to fighting.
