It had a problem with outrage so I replaced it with dragon claw if that's ok?

Also I forgot to add Sandstorm as a fourth move but I have a TM for it so whatever lol

(If possible, please also have these egg moves able to be re-learned in the future)

Also, can you make its region of origin Kalos?  Hatched in Nacrene City Lv. 1, if that bit of info helps to make the gen work.

it's actually just easier for me to make it from Sun / moon and say it was bred and hatched there

Oh, if that's the case, can you set the Hatched location to the Battle Royal Dome?  I already have a ton of pokemon hatched inside there with wrestling themed names.

Well it's already done so that it's hatched at paniola ranch and stealth rock is not a move miltank can learn so I put double edge. Additionally an egg move mil tank needs to have is tackle so I took out seismic toss
