Competitive Team Help

Hey guys/girls,
although i have been playing pokemon for years, i'm new to competitive battles and have very little experience. I would love to get into it though so i would apprecieate any and all help from some of the more expirienced competitive battlers.Team builds, pokemon recommendations, etc. All would be helpful.

And also i'm not good at breeding so if any of you are willing to donate or trade me some pokemon you would recommend, PM me.

I don't have an extra, but one thing you really need is a 6 IV Ditto. Someone was nice enough to give me one while I was in the replay stream one day, and it has been a phenomenal help to me.

If you have a reddit account that is over 14 days old and has positive karma, you can get a ditto at r/breedingdittos.
