i hope anyone can help me my question is
coppy a ditto even scarf efects or just the basic stats the situation i am in is what is faster a scarfGardevoir or scarf ditto after coppy into gardevoir or is it even a speed tie

Ditto copies base stats. So if that gardevoir has 270 speed, so will the ditto. Items that modify the stats are not considered. Since you both have a scarf, you will be facing major speed ties. If gardevoir used calm mind, your ditto will also have the stat changes.


The only stat that isn't copied is HP.
