im not sure if you still need a Kirlia, but i have one that i can breed you a ralts so you can lvl it up to be a kirlia

thanks for your concern, but what i'm looking for is not merely just kirlia, but the friend safari in which kirlia in it. i want to shiny hunt on friend safari to obtain shiny kirlia tbh. once again, i appreciate your help.
