Oh that's fine, you can put the salamence in whatever ball you like, and as long as the salamence can have 0 hapiness, that's fine with me too. When are you available for trade?

OK, let's see...

For Infernape, let's just not give it any Relearn moves then.  As for Mantine, let's make its hatch location somewhere in Sinnoh (I dunno, Battle Frontier?) and its ball a regular Poke Ball.  If Mantine can still have releard moves, change Amnesia to Water Sport (because Amnesia isn't an egg move in Gen4).  If Mantine can't have any relearn moves, don't give it any other than Haze.

Hopefully this fixes things.
