I'm training a Ho-Oh (That I caught in Ultra Space in a 0 ring hole only 500 Light years away =D), and it doesn't have the best IV's in the world. I'm gonna get it up to LV. 100 so I can use a Gold Bottle Cap. Hence why I'm asking you. And also because Of these sets being a part of an experimental VGC team.
