Week 3 of this Pseudo-Legendary Poekmon giveaway will be done over GTS. As such this weeks Pokemon Dratini will be a newly hatched level 1 Dratini as promised (you cannot send eggs over GTS) - instead of a Egg Pokemon as in previous weeks. I hope these two alterations will make things easier
