I'm affraid it's starting to look like genderless pokemon cannot be swapped for a shiny. I just tried twice and no shiny.

I'm gonna try one more time, this time using 2 Beldum, so let's hope it works that way.

It looks like I can't breed a shiny from a genderless pokemon.

Apparently Beldum cannot breed with another beldum and when breeding with a ditto, it messes up the Male/Female IVs.

In short I cannot use this method to get shinies from genderless pokemon.

Is there anything else you might want instead?
