Is the flygon supposed to have 1 IV or 6 IV I'm asking Bc on the markings it has flygon at 6 IV but when I went to go ask the guy in the pokemon center at battle resourt he told me it only has one IV

Please check all your Flygons... if it's IV is not "Outstanding"...

Please deposit the Flygon I gave out asking for another lvl 50 Flygon with the message "BaygonsBeFlygons"
