I need Castform! :(

Hi! can anyone trade me castform plss? because i didn't know castform is required to open the mirage spots of thundurus/tornadus. If you don't want me to keep it, i'll just trade it back to you. Thank You.

if i'm not mistaken, when i played pokemon ruby and sapphire (haven't played ORAS), you can get castform from NPC in weather institut. since ORAS is remake of RS, i think they have the same treat on the ORAS.
