[LOOKING FOR] Need Ditto for Breeding *COMPLETE*

I'm looking to breed to help complete my pokedex and get shiny pokemon soon. I need a ditto to help me do that. I live in America and while a foreign ditto would increase the odds of a shiny pokemon, I just need a ditto from anywhere.
